Indikus engaged board members and staff in a thorough organizational evaluation to set the stage for a strategic planning process. Indikus conducted interviews, completed an environmental scan, assessed the organization’s internal capacity, and the quality of training and other materials.
In addition to providing specific feedback for improving organizational capacity and communications with members, the process resulted in three strategic initiatives (enhancing support to local advisers, marketing, and internationalizing the organization). Indikus was subsequently contacted and hired by the organization’s “sister” association, an honor society serving community colleges, to provide similar services.
